Community Markets & Events LLC (dba Market in the Mall) supplies table or shelving and tablecloth for staging to participating vendors. Displays and other merchandising aids are to be supplied by the vendor and must be approved by Community Markets and Events LLC. Consignors are required to provide tags that display their brand name or logo, product code, and price. All items must be tagged prior to being displayed on the sales floor.
Community Markets & Events will handle the calculation, retention, and reporting of all sales taxes on sold items. Sales figures and commissions are calculated before taxes are applied.
